Why Our Approach Matters

Digital Growth Requires More Than Disconnected Services.

Websites, advertising, CRM software and automation deliver greater value when they support clearly defined business objectives. Our approach connects technology, commercial processes and ongoing management.

01

Commercial Alignment

We begin by understanding how the business attracts customers, earns revenue and measures performance before recommending specific digital activities.

02

Integrated Execution

We seek to reduce fragmentation between customer acquisition, enquiry management, sales workflows and digital infrastructure.

03

Ongoing Accountability

Defined deliverables, management reporting and regular reviews create a clearer basis for assessing progress and improving the engagement.

Our Four-Stage Methodology

Diagnose. Build. Optimise. Scale.

This four-stage framework guides our engagements, with activities tailored to the selected Finahost service and the client's commercial priorities.

STAGE 01

Diagnose

Understand your business model, existing technology, acquisition channels, sales workflows and operational bottlenecks.

STAGE 02

Build

Configure the agreed campaigns, landing pages, CRM functions, integrations and operating workflows according to scope.

STAGE 03

Optimise

Review performance, assess data quality, identify process weaknesses and implement appropriate improvements.

STAGE 04

Scale

Extend effective systems and initiatives where commercially justified, supported by revised plans and agreed budgets.

Getting Started

We Begin With Business Fit, Not a Generic Sales Pitch.

As a boutique consultancy, Finahost prioritises a limited number of suitable business partnerships. Before proposing a solution, we evaluate the prospective client's objectives, operational readiness and capacity to support implementation.

  • Submit a structured business application.
  • Complete an initial qualification review.
  • Attend a discovery consultation if suitable.
  • Undertake a scoped diagnostic where needed.
  • Review a proposed roadmap and service agreement.
The Engagement Journey
01. Application

Share your business details, current challenges and intended investment range.

02. Discovery

Explore the commercial problem, current systems and likely engagement requirements.

03. Assessment & Proposal

Where appropriate, complete a paid diagnostic and develop a defined implementation proposal.

04. Onboarding

Agree the scope, responsibilities, payment arrangements, access requirements and initial milestones.

Implementation Roadmap

What Your First 90 Days Can Look Like.

We use a structured initial implementation period to establish the agreed systems, introduce operating routines and begin measuring performance. Timing depends on project scope and client readiness.

Days 01–30

Assessment & Foundations

Confirm commercial priorities, review existing systems, obtain necessary access, establish a baseline and begin agreed initial configuration.

Days 31–60

Implementation & Adoption

Continue implementing approved campaigns, CRM workflows, landing pages or infrastructure. Test important processes and train relevant client personnel.

Days 61–90

Measurement & Optimisation

Evaluate early performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, refine priorities and develop the next implementation or optimisation roadmap.

The 90-day structure is indicative, not a guarantee that every technical integration or commercial objective can be completed within that period.

Ongoing Partnership Management

Clear Communication. Meaningful Reporting. Defined Accountability.

Our managed engagements are designed to give clients a structured view of ongoing work, relevant performance indicators and the priorities that require management attention.

  • A designated engagement contact.
  • Agreed priorities and work schedules.
  • Regular performance reporting.
  • Documented issues and follow-up actions.
  • Periodic strategic review meetings.
Management Cadence
Ongoing

Manage agreed campaigns, workflows, technical services and operational requests.

Monthly

Review agreed KPIs, completed work, significant issues and upcoming priorities.

Quarterly

Assess strategic direction, engagement fit and opportunities for optimisation or additional work.

As Required

Evaluate change requests, additional integrations and major implementation decisions through agreed approvals.

Shared Responsibility

Successful Partnerships Require Clear Roles.

Finahost manages the digital functions within the service agreement. The client remains responsible for decisions, operational fulfilment and activities outside that scope.

Finahost Responsibilities

  • Execute agreed digital activities.
  • Configure approved systems and integrations.
  • Monitor and optimise scoped services.
  • Provide agreed reports and reviews.
  • Manage requests within defined support limits.
  • Protect information according to contractual obligations.

Client Responsibilities

  • Define business objectives and approve priorities.
  • Provide accurate information and necessary access.
  • Fund approved advertising and third-party costs.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and fulfil orders.
  • Maintain responsibility for industry-specific compliance.
  • Participate in reporting and implementation reviews.
Professional Service Standards

A Clear Scope Protects Both Sides of the Partnership.

Premium service requires clarity. Every engagement should identify its deliverables, service limits, responsibilities and commercial arrangements.

01

Defined Deliverables

Agree on channels, websites, workflows, CRM users, reporting and project responsibilities before delivery.

02

Transparent Commercial Terms

Implementation fees, monthly retainers, external platform costs, payment terms and additional work are documented.

03

Data & Account Governance

Access permissions, data processing, account ownership, confidentiality and exit arrangements are addressed in the service agreement.

Our Client Selection Process

We Work With Businesses Where We Can Deliver Meaningful Value.

Finahost is structured as a boutique consultancy rather than a high-volume digital agency. We prioritise established businesses with suitable commercial objectives, realistic budgets and the capacity to implement agreed recommendations.

Established Business An operating business with clearly defined products or professional services.
Management Commitment A decision-maker who can approve priorities and coordinate internal execution.
Appropriate Investment Capacity to support a managed retainer and relevant third-party expenses.

Partnership suitability is assessed individually. Applications do not guarantee acceptance or immediate onboarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

How a Finahost Partnership Works.

Common questions about our onboarding, implementation, reporting and engagement arrangements.

What happens after submitting an application?

We review your business information, objectives and indicative investment range. Where there appears to be a suitable fit, we may invite you to a discovery discussion to explore your requirements.

Is the initial assessment free?

An initial qualification review may be provided without charge. Detailed business diagnostics, technical audits and custom strategic roadmaps can be offered as paid professional assignments with agreed fees.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation timing depends on the agreed service, existing technical systems, required integrations, availability of information and client approval processes. A 90-day initial roadmap is a common planning framework, not a universal completion guarantee.

Will Finahost manage everything for our business?

Finahost manages the digital services identified in the agreement. Product delivery, sales decisions, pricing, customer fulfilment and other internal operations remain the client's responsibility.

How is performance measured?

Performance indicators are selected according to the engagement. They may include qualified enquiries, acquisition costs, conversion activity, CRM adoption, sales pipeline metrics and technical service indicators.

How often will we receive reports?

Our proposed management model includes monthly performance reporting and appropriate strategic reviews. The exact cadence and reporting requirements are confirmed in the contract.

Who owns our advertising accounts and data?

We recommend that clients retain appropriate ownership and administrative control over their business data, domains and advertising accounts. Access, software licences, deliverable rights and exit arrangements are defined contractually.

What happens when we need additional work?

Work outside the agreed scope is assessed through a change request and, where necessary, a separate proposal or revised service agreement. This keeps deliverables and commercial expectations clear.

Does Finahost guarantee revenue growth?

No. Commercial outcomes depend on customer demand, competition, pricing, product quality, advertising investment and the client's execution. We agree on measurable responsibilities and optimise the activities within our control.
